my niece booked a bouncy castle with you for today and no one turned up with it leaving her and her friends very disappointed overall i am discusted at your service and will not recomend you to anyone in future. Lots of tears from the little ones as they was expecting it to be there so happy birthday to my niece and thank you very much for the disapointment in which you have caused.
