I had my nails done at this salon 2 weeks ago. I had white tips with gel overlay. The gel was put on and showed what looked like a crack on my nail I asked 3 times about this and she blamed it on the products she had used. Went back for my 2 week appointment last Friday and was charged £20 for infills. My nails beds are red under the gel and showing signs of discolouring under the gel and this could be seen on the day but they choose to ignore it. I had asked for the younger woman to do my nails then she said they had double booked so I ended up with the older woman whom has not been doing nails long and this certainly shows in her lack of experience. Once again a very unsatisfied customer and I will certainly not be returning.

Dreadful!!! Do not go to this 'salon'!
Absolutely awful. Booked my appointment, arrived and was told that it wasn't today it was tomorrow. Seeing as I go on holiday tonight that wasn't possible. An off duty technician happened to walk in and said she would do my nails, firstly trying to put me off having them done as apparently a french manicure "only lasts a couple of days on your own nail". This is true however, her reason was to put me off having them done. I should've turned around there and then. I said I'd just cancel it but they said it was ok. She sat me down and was just going to spray paint my nails without pushing back my cuticles or any of the usual methods associated with a manicure. She didn't look happy when I asked her why she was just going to spray paint my nails as I could've done that myself and I offered to leave. She carried on doing my nails, nipped me with the cuticle cutter twice making me bleed. Definately not the nicest or cleanest of salons I've been to, not worth the money, staff aren't very friendly. WARNING - DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! The one round the corner, Femme Fatele, although I havene't been in does look very nice inside as I've drove past - really upset that i didn't go there instead.
