Never rent from JVR
As a previous tenent with JVR Dalkeith , i would strongly recommend you check out other rental agencies. My experiance was horrific, made me ill and caused a lot of financial stress. Weeks can go by without reported repairs being carried out, didnt recieve correct paperwork for property ie Gas safety certificate. Staff fob you off with any excuse, and if you dare to compalin as i did, you can say bye bye to your deposit money.. Please stay well clear...
