Terrible Customer Service
We had a long standing relationship worth 1000's of pounds but their failure to even acknowledge our existence for over 3 weeks after a machine breakdown forced us to dump them. Their engineer didn't turn up when stated and when he eventually turned up he told us he had no spares, condemned the machine and left!! leaving us with no machine during our busiest time of year. They even ripped us off for the remaining drinks we had, worth hundreds of pounds, as they refused to refund us. Bunch of crooks, avoid!!
