About Us

With over 25 years experience, Karikool specialise in fitting out commercial vans to suit individual business needs. We regularly fit ply lining, shelving and racking to plumbers and electricians vans, whilst customers involved in the carriage of food require refrigerated conversions fitted with a variety of chiller and freezer units.

Our customer base includes main dealerships, county and local councils, health authorities, leasing companies and many businesses in the private sector. Our philosophy is to always put our customer first, and a large proportion of our work is from satisfied returning clients and recommendations. We believe that a properly fitted out van is an indispensable asset to the running of a business.

In fact, we have carried out a wide variety of vehicle conversions over the years, with a diverse range of customers ranging from plumbers to undertakers. Karikool can provide either timber or steel shelving and racking to accommodate tools, materials and samples. We are also a distributor for Edstrom of Sweden Ltd van systems.

Refrigerated Vans

Karikool understand that a refrigerated vehicle is a valuable asset to your business, because it represents a considerable financial investment. It is therefore of the utmost importance that your fridge van is well performing and meets all of the following criteria.

The longer your refrigeration unit stays running, the more fuel you use. Karikool always use double foil coated polyurethane board with a high thermal efficiency. Unlike some others, we never use cheaper, less efficient products such as polystyrene. By using only good, high specification materials, temperature loss is kept to a minimum.
