Ali Karimi, the founder of the UK branch has been known throughout London and Kent for the past 10 years. He is known throughout Royal Tunbridge Wells where he has worked diligently and always to the highest level of customer satisfaction along the Pantiles and high street. A large portion of homes throughout the Southeast and London have their rugs origins, cleaning or restoration directly at his feet. A lot of his customers have become avid collectors due to his infectious love of rugs as well as firm friendships. In an online world, the personal touch and word of mouth is still the best builder of reputation and trust.
