Poor service
Katherine Allen needs to review her ethos of her brand. Kate has never been in the shop each time we visited. Her Manager appears to need further development and training on the products she is selling so that she is able to attend to all of the customer’s needs and advise them correctly. Poor, unprofessional service, which resulted in cancelling orders. However finding another bridal shop which provided the efficient, friendly and professional service was great. They gave great advice on all the dresses, new all their products and did their best to deliver the dresses on time.

Just amazing!
Shopping for a wedding dress in Katherine Allen Bridal was an amazing experience. I had bought a dress of eBay trying to save money but it went horribly wrong, so in a panic I booked an appointment hoping to fall in love with a sale dress. The first thing that struck me when I walked in was the beautiful decor and how airy and spacious the shop was! There is SO much room compared to the other, smaller, shops I had been to in Reading and Oxford. I was welcomed at the reception by Lucy who instantly made me feel welcomed. She was so warm and friendly and made the whole thing a lot less nerve racking. I was with my Dad, my 6 year old inquisitive daughter and 3 month old baby boy. Despite my daughter asking a thousand questions and my son becoming grizzly for a feed, Lucy was amazing and a complete natural with my daughter. There was never any stress, or pressure. She let me lead the way but she was there to guide me in the right direction when I needed it and I never felt like I was nuisance with all my umming and ahhing and indecisiveness. At one point when she needed to disappear for a minute for another customer she was extremely polite and explained she'd be back in a minute and didn't just suddenly disappear without saying anything. I became stuck between two dresses and just couldn't decide but my son was crying for a feed. She said there was absolutely no rush and I could try the dresses on again to refresh my memory if I wanted to and was more than welcome to feed my son in the shop and mull things over. The only person rushing me was my hungry son haha. At my request, she even used her phone to take a picture of me in the dresses so that I could compare the two at a glance to see which one looked better while I fed my son. As I sat feeding my son, the three of us sat and discussed the two dresses and I decided on the very first dress I tried on and the one my father had originally picked out for me! I must have been there about 2 hours!! I couldn't recommend Katherine Allen Bridal (and Lucy) highly enough. It was a wonderful afternoon and I found "my" dress in the sale. There were tears! But happy tears. Thank-you SO much!

A Wonderful Unique Experience...
...as each one of our weddings should be ladies! At the end of the day, it is YOUR day, YOUR chance to look like a princess and you shouldn't be treated like you are 'just another bride'. This is precisely the shop and help that I was looking for and after a long search, I can 100% say this is what I received at Katherine Allen. It's like choosing a dress with your friends, but with the added experience of a retailer. I felt like they were almost as excited as I was! They were so patient with 'the indecisive bride', I found THE dress and perfect veil and right up to the moment I collected them, they were as helpful as they could possibly be. Thank you KA (and little sister!)

Amazing people
Wonderful experience. I had visited 3 stores before Katherine Allen, none made me feel so relaxed as Kate and her team. The shop is spacious as are the changing rooms, a big plus in my book. They have a great range of dresses from simple to full on flowing gowns. I did not feel rushed to make decisions and the girls were very honest and extremely professional. I found my dream dress and had my dream wedding. Perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lovely experience
I really enjoyed visiting KA in Banbury, but unfortunately didn't find my dream dress. Staff were really helpful - sat down and flicked through magazines with me to see if they could order samples in that i may have preferred. A huge shop, made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
