No idea of customer service.
No customer service, install from Jan 2022 took 3 months from beginning to end. Seven windows broken on delivery took 6 weeks to replace even though they had been in stock 2 weeks after. 8 weeks to complete rending with cement left on windows, ground & wisteria pulled down left hanging across window. Time scales were to Kayvex convenience. I tried to withhold 5% but was bullied into paying with threats of court action. Avoid this company!
