Friendly but pricey

Visited for the first time in Sept 09 to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The food was traditional Italian and OK but was certainly not worth the very expensive prices. I don't think we will be returning.

Fantastic Keats

I have been dining at Keats Restaurant since I was very young. It is a fantastic place to go to... the staff are so welcoming and it is all family run. The food is out of this world, the dishes are modern but also serve original favourites as well as many italian pasta dishes. If you have an allergy to any food they can help as everything is prepared from scratch and cooked while you wait ...there are no pre made sauces!!I would recommend a visit to this restaurant without any hesitation.Enjoy your meal!!

A restaurant to avoid

Service

Having dined at Keats a number of times some years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the meals, I decided to take my family there to celebrate my son;s thirtieth birthday this February (2009).It turned out to be a very poor choice, service abismal, food of a poor quality (overcooked Dover Sole served on cold plates, unripe melon, etc. etc.)Definately one to avoid

Awful

This place is stuck in a time warp, the service is perhaps well meaning but basically hopless. The poor quality ingredients are prepared with little or no skill. The pricing makes so sense.

Still going strong!

I've eaten out at Keats restaurant on numerous often special occasions and every time the food has been lovely and worth every penny. The owner is extremely accommodating and takes the time to make sure you are enjoying your evening, while the restaurant itself is cosy and well designed to give a traditionally Italian feel. Highly recommended!

Old fashioned, dated, food OK but expensive for what it is.
