Be Aware

Potential Engineers be aware This could be a nice company if the owner would retire and let it move into the 21st century. He is a typical old boy that won’t let anybody have any freedom or have a say in things it’s his way or you can go elsewhere , makes poor decisions then blames you if they don’t turn out as expected also F’s and blinds at you like he’s just learnt a new language if things go wrong , his decision making is very poor takes you on knowing you don’t live close to the office then sacks you later on then blames you for it , doesn’t see the bigger picture of a job and short sited in the stock he orders for the job. He has 3 people in an office and 2 of them twiddling their thumbs all day not knowing what to do as everything has to go through him with a final decision, a service manager that can’t manage doesn’t know how to give an induction or Health and safety briefing and expects you to work on day 1 when he clearly knows you have got no tools with you or work clothing. There is more but I’m sure you’re getting the drift of what I’m getting at. Do I sound bitter? you bet I am I left another job to go there as I wanted to get back into the kind of refrigeration I was used to just to be told I was no longer wanted which left me without a job this is the kind of company you will be working for so please think about it before you take a job with this bloke and if you do good luck I got a feeling you’re going to need it
