What is Hypnotherapy?

Firstly, it is all about you! Any therapy you choose to take will be tailored specifically to your personal requirements. I do not believe in a 'one approach suits all' philosophy. Whether it is a hypnosis session or a CD to use at home, it will be about you and your needs.
Hypnotherapy is the process through which your therapist will work directly with your subconscious mind to encourage you to think and act differently in the future.

Hypno-analysis is the process by which your therapist will take you back through the important events and emotions of your life to where phobias and anxieties began. From here you can be taught to think and feel differently about these events and feelings so that you are able to deal positively with similar ideas when they present themselves in the future. For example, a fear of heights can be overcome by reprogramming your subconscious mind to feel comfortable about heights.
