Terrible boilers, terrible service
I have had a Keston boiler for over two years and despite already having been replaced under warranty, it has never worked properly for more than a month or so. Customer service is terrible and Keston couldn't care less that their defective product is ruining our lives. Indeed, despite innumerable engineer visits, they will not even admit that the product is not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs.
