Have found Ketts to be very helpful on several occasions, and the properties we have stayed in have been excellent. Forge cottage is one of the best we have ever stayed in.

Fabulous Kett
As a property owner that lets through Kett Country Cottages I have to say their service is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and we seem to get more bookings each year. They also sor out all the cleaning and laundry and make sure everything is spick and span when new guests arrive.

Dairy Barn, Toftrees
Kett as a handling agent were fine but the property we used, Dairy Barn was not. The shower was very poor, the seating inadequate for 4 adults, the twin beds very short, the place was really dusty with cobwebs all over bedside lamps etc, the sheets smelt musty and the cutlery drawer was filthy. So, use Kett to book but don't be too sure that the property you rent for your holiday from them will have maintained to a good standard.
