We have noticed the entry by Karen C. If this is who we think it is, she's barmy. Her house was not great, the tenant made only a few minor alterations which did not detract from the house which got damper and damper. In the end we told her to manage her own house, which she did and spent the next few months slagging us off about the tenant who was living in almost daily pressure from her and had to endure her increasingly nutty e-mails. We stiilhave ours from her which indicate how bonkers she is. There should be some protection for the sane from anonymous nuts like this.

Avoid these people
The tenant they found for me caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to the house - cut off cables (including the tv cable), ripped electric sockets off the walls, drilling holes through window frames and breaking locks (which can't be replaced without replacing the windows) off windows. All this went on inspite of supposedly regular inspections from Keys. After she left my house, she found another let through Keys who provided the reference - I was never asked for a reference for her, which makes me wonder if they provided the references for her when she moved into my house. Overall, based on my experiences, I would say not to use these agents if you care about the condition your house is left in.
