No show after 2 hours when I called to cancel I was told I still needed to pay the 75£ plus vat as engineer was on his way????? I refused as found another company who was here in 20 minutes lady was very rude when I refused to pay anything as no job was done and I was not going to wait any longer after a bit of digging I found that this company are not in Emsworth at all but are a national company based in Poole Dorset!!!! avoid at all costs
