Lease Forfeiture

If relations between the landlord and tenant become untenable and there have been insufficient goods on the premises to distrain then you as the landlord can instruct us to forfeit the lease.

In most commercial leases, the landlord has the right to terminate the agreement without going to court. In this case the rent must have been in arrears for a certain amount of time as detailed in the lease.

Herefordshire-based KG Associates will take possession of your property anywhere in England & Wales in for a single fixed fee (plus locksmith costs where necessary).

Please note:

The law allows us to either recover rent arrears through landlord's distraint or take possession of your property through lease forfeiture. Both solutions cannot be applied together but support each other through the debt recovery process.

Finance Repossessions

Lending companies can require goods to be repossessed due to default of payment and where under their terms and conditions they retain the title of the property. KG Associates can ensure that the goods are returned to their rightful owner or can provide a secure compound where the goods can be stored prior to them being sold at public auction. The auctioneers that used are the biggest and most successful in the west of England and we have a network of hauliers up and down the country who assist us with the transportation of assets at a very competitive rate.

KG Associates are also able to execute 'return of goods orders' issued by the courts on behalf of our customers.
