Poor Job and Appalling Attitude

SHODDY JOB, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PRIMITIVE This shop is nothing but a scam, took my phone their as the battery was completely dead, they managed to put it back on and charged £50. Unfortunately, I cannot use the phone for any activity for 10 minutes without the battery draining to less than 1%. This was the first day. The phone eventually packed up less than 3 days. Went back to the shop several times to make an amendment and ask for refund, all I get is verbal abuse, name calling. I am definitely escalating it as I won’t let the owner continue with that barbaric practice. I have since bought a new phone but will ensure that I take necessary action to get a refund and dragged him to a small claim court if he refuse to comply with my request. Don’t go their, there attitude stinks. Won’t advise anyone to do business with them, the experience was too stressful. They are not doing business but scamming.
