I really enjoy this class every week because it is a great way to let go of any frustration from my job. I can forget about any stress. I would recommend to anyone who wants to learn some kickboxing, increase fitness as well as meeting some nice people.

The teacher really motivates you to train to your best. My fitness level has increased a lot in such a short time as well as learning a new skill.

An excellent class where you can have fun & train hard at increasing fitness. It's a non contact cardio class & you don't need any prior experience at martial arts.
