Absolute dosgrace
We decided to have some major works done on the house and agreed a price of £80,000 which includes £40,000 for a loft conversion, £22,000 for a single story rear extension and £8,000 for replacement doors and windows. Having completed the building works we were left waiting for Windows to arrive and be installed this was slow with several units being wrong or faulty. We constantly chased up with director Jim who then asked about proce and states that it was £13,500 not £8000 as original quote, upon checking ok nvoivlce that had charged £2000 for Sofitel and facias which had already been paid but disputed this and even came to the house intoxicated and was threatening. I parted company holding back £2000 due to issues and dispute over the duplicates cost and was left without warranty papers and now have drafty windows that let the cold in and heat out, make terrible noise when windy and do not keep general noise out. . Do not use this company as they are a bunch of cowbous, the directors are rude, and think they can turn up and threaten you.

Shane putney sales director RUDE MAN!!
We wanted to get our windows and doors replaced and decided to call local company Kingsbourne Windows & Doors. The sales director Shane Putney was incredibly rude and seemed like he was not listening to anything we had to say. We are simply appalled by this incredibly rude man, his customer service skills were disgusting, instead of providing us information of what his company can provide he kept patronising us and speaking to us like we were beneath him. Terrible company. He should be ashamed
