I've been using this company for years and must say that I am delighted with the service! Each time we have asked for a quote they have had our house measurements on record and the fitters have always been courteous and friendly. 10/10

Worst carpet experience ever!
I was not happy about carpet quality, it took almost two months and multiple phone calls for them to inspect. Fitters wear dirty boots, left mess after fitting, one flashed his half naked bottom in front of my kids. Worst customer experience ever!

Bought high end carpet from them, not happy about quality, poor post-purchase care.
