All our card blanks are die cut using a Heidelberg Platen, they are NOT mechanically scored!
Die cutting ensures each card is perfectly cut and scored making each one exactly like the last we also take great care to ensure that texture and grain follow suit throughout each card blank range the important point being creasing or scoring the cards parallel to the grain direction ensures a crisp and smooth fold other benefits are decreased warping or curling of the cards and an increase in upright rigidity!
