KRAV MAGA - AWESOME!!! After my first class I was hooked, more confident and after each class I can't wait until the next. My instructor, Bartosz, is excellent and breaks down Krav techniques and manoeuvres into manageable chunks that are both easy to digest and put into practise. He is always approachable and there is no such thing as a silly question when in his company. I feel genuinely privileged to receive instruction from Batosz and be a member of Krav Maga Midlands.

I have trained with Krav Maga Midlands for the last 12 months and have found it the most useful form of self defense on the market being based around real life it has taught me to deal with everyday situations and how to keep myself safe ! Taken under the expert tuition of Bartosz who is both engaging and informative as an instructor with a wealth of knowledge ! Having trained in other disciplines before I can safely say Krav maga is the best and now I wouldn't do anything else !
