Bad drills!!

I am a member of this tanning studio and like to 'tan' a little later in the day after work. Although the general service and prices are good, one element of the service is a total and utter disappointment. I have just returned from attempting to use the facility, only to discover the shutters down. Closed, BEFORE the promulgated times on this website and in the studio. This is the second time, this week, that I have attempted to go for a tanning session, only to discover that the studio is closed before the advertised times. This is both frustrating and unprofessional. I am a big believer that traders should provide the service 'as advertised'. I'm not looking for fantastic after sales, or any compensation. All I want is my three minutes of tanning satisfaction after a hard day of grafting. Signed, Milk bottle Mark, Workington
