****STAY AWAY****Disgusting attitude by a particular member of staff, they are a horrific company to work with and have had nothing but problems from day 1. Quick enough to take your money and make promises, but never kept their end of the deal. Contract was for 1 year, so when this was up I contacted them for a new one. At this point I was told that it was a rolling contract and the original one would remain in place. Tried contacting them for something to find out they were no longer dealing with the property and that the landlord took over himself (at no point was I notified by either party) . When it came to ending the tenancy they suddenly think they still have a right to the propery, that the contract is still in place and they can come for an inspection. NEVER have I been treated like this before and NEVER again.

Disgrace ...use at your own peril
This agency and Ms MacKenzie in particular are an absolute nightmare. we are currently starting legal action against them for numerous issues. Lovely while they are courting your business but once the tenant moves in ...beware. dishonest, rude and just down right unprofessional. the only reason I have given any stars is because the site won't let you leave them blank!
