Avoid!
Google LBW and you will find that they were struck off for serious regulatory failings by the the Property Ombudsman Scheme - wish I knew this before I rented a house from them. They were awful - disinterested when problems arose and just wanted the money - I thought regulation had put a stop to agents like this but beware they are still out there!!! Avoid LBW at all costs - wish I had read their reviews before signing the contract!
