Don't use them

We approached this local company to fix my son's Xbox when the DVD drive failed. I was very specific about the fault having already diagnosed the problem and found the part which needed replaced and how to do it. It involved some soldering so I decided to get some expertise. Unfortunately chosing this company was a mistake, despite advertising that they could fix the fault and giving the impression we would get it back a few days later, 2 weeks later they had failed to address the issue. In the process it transpired they had no cables or peripherals for the machine (we had to deliver bits twice that would be expected to be available at a supplier of this type of service) and it would seem little experience in fixing these. They also repeatedly avoided returning calls or outright lied to us telling us that the system was 'in test' when they had failed to do anything to repair it. We retrieved the machine and will be sending it to a professional Xbox service company. Don't go near this lot they're a waste of time.
