NO NO DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!
NO NO NO NO DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!! I Have a close family friend who has had the worst experience ever with this woman called Julia, who is supposed to be the owner!!! I am so upset for my girlfriend that we are resorted to put a review on here!! How she can treat people like she does is absolutely unbelievable, as well as one of the girls who even works for her said, shes a bit difficult and unpredicable, but thats how she is. What the hell is this Julia doing its not acceptable and looking at the other reviews we have to agree, what is she doing??? We have also read the other reviews previous and i can say that it just about sums it all up. There is no polite manner about this woman and how people are supposed to feel comfortable is beyond any nice feeling you should have when your spending money on wedding dresses supposed to be coming from another country ? How can you trap someone financially upon buying a wedding dress, this is the most important thing in a girls life especially your friends!!! What can you say when your in this kind of personal business and you have these kind of reviews, all i can say is that i wont be paying any money towards this woman "Julia" as we have now found another lovely boutique within the surrey area. And to add to this they are horrified at the reviews on this site which are horrific for any type of business, let alone the bridal business!!! As for one star my girlfriend agrees that it should be zero!! God help anyone else...

Fabulous experience
I visited La Boutique Beckenham last week and followed up with a visit to the La Boutique Chislehurst yesterday. I recommend all brides to visit as I found their service very attentive and helpful, both shops are gorgeous and the dresses are beautiful. I left La Boutique Chislehurst a very happy bride-to-be having chosen and purchased my dress. It was a great experience. I'm really surprised by the comments regarding the ladies in the shop. I haven't got enough praise for both Julia & Jill (and the rest of their staff) for their customer service. They made my experience delightful in every way - I would thoroughly recommend a visit to La Boutique.

I think I was invisable
I'm getting married next year and i walked in just to have a look at the styles before decided if I needed to make an appointment. No-one acknowledged me and in fact I think the only reason someone said hello to me was because she had to stand next to me to put a dress back on the rail. I was not asked if I needed any help or advise. I walked out thinking I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I don't think I will be booking an appointment any time soon.
