I was recommended to this lady who does acupuncture , through a friend of mine  . I had a really bad back , and was tilted over to one side with the pain.The next day after I got up it had really worn off and I could stand up straight again .It really helped me as I was going on holiday the very next day. It was such a relief. Irena was very patient with me and professional. Many thanks Irena ! a true star ! I would definately recommend her as I do suffer with my back as it can last for nearly a week sometimes it takes a few sessions but it's worth every penny . Richard

My review I would recommend the Langstone clinic and Irena who runs it without any hesitation. The facilities and standards are excellent and the clinic is run very professionally. I have been receiving acupuncture from Irena since July 2011 and have been astounded by the results. My general well being has improved significantly since treatment, I only wish I had found the clinic sooner! From my initial consultation, which was extremely thorough, Irena knew more about me, my body and my health concerns then my own GP who I have been seeing since I was a young child. Treatment is provided in a safe, relaxed and confortable environment and Irenas friendly and calm persona puts you totally at ease, she's a real people person.
