Looooong-term (i.e. soon unwanted) scaffolding dumpers extroadinaire!
They'll put up the required scaffolding to get the job done - no worries. Then leave it. For months. Months and months and months. I wonder whether they charge by the year?

Security Issue & Rudeness
scaffolding was outside our building for 3 months, despite the work being completed in one month. it was taken down bit by bit over the course of 6 weeks, leaving the back of the house easily accessed by the nearby pavement. ladders left in the garden. no alarm system. loud noise when erecting/dismantling the scaffolding in the early hours of weekend mornings - and never given notice. not great when you're a young woman and have men outside your bedroom window!!
