WARNING: Please never buy anything from this website! Unfortunately my mum did that mistake and ordered a £5000 Tom Dixon chair from Leigh Harmer. As she recently retired this chair was suppose to be "the chair she'd grown old in" (she adores designer furniture, its her passion). She was so excited. When she received the chair it was literally broken into pieces, the fabric was destroyed and even a leg was missing. You would expect them to provide better packaging on a £5000 designer chair. I tried to contact the owner countless of time on behalf of my mum who speaks poorly english, but he was "never available to take our call" and apparently didn't receive any of our letters (although they were sent via register mail and were signed for) where we formally requested for the faulty chair to be repaired or replaced. The whole process was a nightmare. Just wanted to tell anyone out there who is considering buying anything from this website to think twice. The store will not take any responsibility if anything goes wrong, and is only interested in taking your money. Please do not do business with Leigh Harmer!
