Avoid Big Time
The sale went smoothly however my mums charger stopped working after using only twice. Customer service with owner a total nightmare. Would not send replacement charger and kept making excuses. Called him around 25 times and spoke around 8 times when each time he promised to call me back. Never did. Initial cost may be low however I would rather pay a little extra and have great aftercare service. I am in the process of reporting this to Trading Standards and have also contacted a local TV consumer programme who are going to use this in coming up TV show. Please avoid at all costs. You have been warned. Thank You
