DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE- Save yourself months of stress.We ordered lights April 23rd. Paid for in advance after woman in shop said lights would be delivered "well before the end of May". Have phoned many times, repeatedly fobbed off by an elderly man who is only person who answers the phone. He says in no particular order: the goods are "coming from China", "they only send when they have a full load" and "We are sending them out this week", "they are on a lorry to our shop" or "they are on the lorry to you". Last phone call told him goods still not arrived so he could not have sent them out when he claimed, he became confused and agitated, saying "You women are always going back and saying what I said before. That doesnt matter - I can only go forward and tell you what I am saying now!" I repeated he could not have sent the goods out when he claimed and we wanted a refund. He shouted that I was calling him a "liar!" and slammed phone down. After calling back and asking again for refund he refused to listen or take any details and yelled - "Put it in writing," and slammed the phone down again. Now reported them to Salisbury Trading Standards who say it seems unlikely that the goods are going to be delivered and the store are in clear breach of contract. Have to write to them and demand response in 7 days. Also trying to get the money back via credit card. Would hate to see anyone else go through this.
