Very disappointed, poor service
What a disappointing experience this online purchase was. First off the lights took a long time to be delivered; I was told because they came from Europe. That is fine but it was not clear at the point of sale and would have been useful as we were carrying out an extension and had an electrician waiting for the lights. The second and most disappointing aspect was that the lights arrived in an awful condition and we noticed at least four of the bulbs smashed in their cases. I contacted Lights 4 Living to be told that replacement bulbs would be sent out. Replacement bulbs were sent out and they arrived a week later. When the lights were then actually being installed, even more bulbs were noted to be broken so I contacted them again. I once more was promised replacement bulbs (two) would be sent out. They never came. I sent a couple of other emails to them to ask what was going on, and received one response to say 'they were waiting on stock to come in from Europe'. It has now been over six weeks and my latest email is just being ignored. The bulbs are not even specialist bulbs, so we just replaced ourselves, but they should not have been shipped out in this condition, unacceptable. Whilst the lights we purchased look nice, I am massively unimpressed with the service and after care and would not recommend this company to anyone to use

Great products delivered the next day. I will definately use Lights4Living again when I need more Lights.
