AVOID THESE CRIMINALS
I had a terrible experience with these crooks over 4 years ago and thought I'd check reviews out of curiosity etc. They are still in business!!!! (Just do a Google search on Lillian Rose Flowers Review and you'll see how bad they are). They make out they have a national network and they don't - they in Wisbech, Cambs. They are dreadful - just avoid. If you want to put them out of business (they stole my money and didn't deliver and I couldn't get it back and they were rude etc) then do your research and write to their local council, write to their MP, write to the trading standards people, the police etc - everything you can. I did and all these came to nothing. So it needs more people to do the same until they are put behind bars because they are thieves and are laughing all the way to the bank - STILL, AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. Stop moaning about them and do something properly about it then. THESE POSTS ARE POINTLESS UNLESS YOU ALL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. See the other reviews and you'll see what I mean.

Horrific!
I am seriously appalled at the service I have received from this company. They have blatantly ignored my emails and phone calls and refuse to refund me for flowers that were never delivered. This has affected me and the people I intended the flowers for, in a deeply personal way and as yet, I have had no explanation nor an apology. One wonders what kind of people must work at Lillian Rose to think this type of behaviour is ok. They should all be ashamed.

DO NOT USE
I ordered some flowers for my daughter's graduation and the email receipt came but no flowers. I have emailed them numerous times over the last couple of months and phoned over and over too. Eventually the phone was answered by a girl who sounded about 14 who asked if the fee had gone through and arranged to call me back but never did. I now have the credit card bill and have been charged nearly £50 for no flowers so I am about to try to get this back... I'll post again how I get on.
