An absolute disgrace of a company.... Do NOT waste your money. As the partner of a former employee I want to warn people about the disgusting way they treat their customers and their employees. Firstly I would like to tell you about a customer, an elderly lady who paid a deposit for a bedroom to be fitted, sadly she passed away and wasn't able to have it done, her family went to let them know that they would not be needing the bedroom due to their circumstances. Michael Wilson (the owner, sometimes calls himself other names as he doesn't want people to know who he is) refused to give the family a refund saying that the bedroom had already been built up and was ready to be fitted, in actual fact the wood had not even been ordered and they demanded that the family pay for the full bedroom and it's "up to you what you do with it, sell it on ebay" When things don't run smoothly instead of dealing with the situation and apologising, as we are all human and make mistakes, you will either be faced with them not answering the phone or a foul mouthed dragon called Katie. We knew when he started and heard that 34 people had his job within an 18 month period that something was wrong, but as you do, you work as you have a family to feed. He was working stupid hours (should be 8am-5pm), many of times he was coming home knackered at 9pm, because jobs would be put on him because they had FORGOT that it needed doing, they could not organise a p*ss up in a brewery!!! To come home with minimum wage sometimes working 60 hours in a week (to be told that he shouldn't be lazy and that there is ample time to complete the work-obviously not), they make false hopes and promises!!! He was working continuously, weekends also, having no dinners in order to help them out. Upon leaving they still owe him money and have refused to pay what is owed, again Michael Wilson has refused to speak to him, ignoring calls, or speaking to him directly, this man (coward) needs to be shut down as he doesn't deserve the custom that people give him or the staff that he has (other than his partner in crime Katie) we are now seeking legal advice!!!
