Just wanted to thanks to Lisa for helping me on my weight-loss.I have been struggling with my weight as many people do,however I was recommended by a friend who is currently being coached by Lisa at her wellness centre in Swansea.With Lisa keeping me on the straight and narrow lol I look forward to having a chat with her each week as I see different results being achieved,which is fab.Energy was an issue before I came to see Lisa but now I have much more to see me through the day.If anyone who has struggled before like me with their weight then I would say get in touch with her for a chat at her centre,you won't be disappointed.Thanks again see you on Friday Regards S N
