About
Liverpool Mental Health Consortium was set up in 1995 with the aim of improving mental health services in Liverpool. Service User involvement is our highest priority and the Consortium offers valuable opportunities for those who have experienced mental distress to develop a collective voice about their experiences, share opinions and insights in an informal and friendly atmosphere, and influence the planning, delivery and evaluation of mental health services. In April 2012, the Consortium was constituted as an independent company and registered charity.
