Welcome

The Cottages are situated 1 minute from Lleiniog Beach halfway between Beaumaris and Penmon Point offering first class facilities amidst stunning views and panorama. All the cottages are Grade II listed buildings and full of character, individuality and charm. The nearby beach was the scene of many battles, including one where the Earl of Shrewsbury met his death with an arrow in his eye.

About Us

The main house is reputed to be haunted by the ghost of a Roundhead. The cottages are along the route of the 125-mile Anglesey Coastal Path, affording easy access for those who wish to explore this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Locally there is golf, fishing, walking, sailing, birdwatching, lots of tourist attractions and excellent restaurants and eating places providing you with all you need for a fabulous holiday.

The perfect place to relax and unwind.

Please take the time to browse around this site, and see why you should book your next break at Lleiniog Holiday Cottages. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be delighted to help you.

Services

Electricity is not included in the prices. A refundable deposit of £100 is required against the cost of damage - this must be presented on a separate cheque from any other payments as I do not cash this unless necessary. Current supplier charges will apply for electricity - if details of electricity units are not recorded and paid for we will charge £20 per day.

We reserve the right to charge extra if the cottages are not left clean and tidy with all rubbish recycled in the bins at the end of the drive or at a recycling centre. A minimum of £10 for rubbish and £20 for extra cleaning will be charged.

If required, food can be bought and left in the cottages - prices available on request.

Please remember that our Grade II properties have low windows, were built before the days of minimum ceiling/door heights, easy stair gradients, cavity insulation and damp proof courses. They can be prone to recurring damp patches during wet or humid weather. Grass cutting, gardening and external maintenance are weather dependant and may be carried out during your holiday. We cannot be held responsible for any disturbance which is beyond our or the owners control including any work or farming activity close to the property.

Spiders are a common factor of our cottages and whilst we do our best to keep down their presence and the webs it is an impossible task, particularly in the Summer months.
