About us

Llewelyn Lewis Sennik Ltd is a Chartered Architects practice providing design services for residential, commercial and health care buildings. Sustainable design, energy-efficient and zero carbon solutions are foremost in our project approach. We manage construction projects, regulatory compliance submissions and Health & Safety Coordination. Our range of project types and services provision is set out in more detail on our Services page.

The practice has achieved a number of design awards, including the Prince of Wales Medal for building conservation and a Welsh Office Gold Medal Award for housing. See our Projects portfolio pages for details of our Awards.

Our practice has tendered successfully for both private and public sector projects. We consider that our working methods and staff structure allows efficient and competitive cost proposals and fee agreements for our clients.

Project management experience ranges from building construction to civil engineering works. The practice implements quality control measures in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 running a management quality control plan, including client satisfaction monitoring.

The practice was awarded membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects Chartered Practice scheme in 2003. This registered category of practice offers clients further assurance concerning architect service quality and control. See our Profile page for more information.
