Ensuring clients have named a trusted person to look after their children

For clients with children it is critical that they have a will in place that names who they would like to look after their children if they were to die. If they do not have a will in place it would be up to a court to decide who is a suitable guardian and the children may be taken into care whilst this is decided. Unfortunately the court may decide a different person is most suitable.
