Sang Moo TGMS Martial Arts Academy at the London Institute of Martial Arts

LIMA is a bespoke Martial Arts venue with a massive 160 square meters of fully matted and underlaid training space in our main martial arts hall, a men's gym and kickboxing hall, a women's dance and cardio studio -and free car parking for 30 vehicles.

What is TGMS?

Unlike 'traditional' martial arts, TGMS draws from a wide range of disciplines focussing on what is effective and discarding what is not. The end result is a program that is varied,highly effective and quick to learn.

The core elements of TGMS

TGMS consists of techniques from a variety of disciplines, namely;

Hapkido

and acupuncture
