Dreadful
From the minute I walked into this shop I felt uncomfortable. Mainly I assume as I had brought my mum and 3 month old daughter with me. The lady who appeared to be in charged asked me to leave my pram at the door so as not to dirty what I can only describe as a carpet that had seen better days. Her eye rolling at her poor colleague could have been more discreet and this is where I should have walked out. We enquired as to if we could change my daughters wet nappy and were told that there was nowhere to do so. (This had not been a problem in previous shops). The service can be best described as snotty, cold and I felt that this was my real life pretty woman moment in this shop where we were not welcome. While the dresses were nice, I would not consider giving them my custom and have been very happy to buy my dress elsewhere. I also felt that the shop was grubby and could do with a good clean/paint job. Do not go to this shop if you want the experience every girl dreams of when looking for her dress for her special day.

Fantastic Shop!!!
I went into this store last week - without an appointment - and the staff were lovely! They were very welcoming, and helpful. I have been to dozens of shops, but they have been rude and pushy, and the dresses have been dirty - but Love & Cherish is amazing! The shop is spotless and so are the dresses. They fitted me in and I found my dream dress - even better it was on a sale price - so it was meant to be! Dont look anywhere else - you are bound to find your dress here.

Terrible
Went one Saturday morning all excited only to be greeted by a man telling me I needed an appointment. Poor selection and dresses I've seen else where cost nearly double in here would not be rushing to go back
