As a member of the TISKA karate group you can work your way from white belt to black belt and above. The clubs instructor is a 5th Dan Black belt. He has students who became black belts aged 9 years old. With commitment and training you also can achieve this level.
Karate shows students discipline, concentration and improves their listening skills as well as their fitness
