Avoid at all costs!!
Another no-show review. Today was my son’s 3rd birthday and I booked MB Inflatables for a full day’s hire of a large castle and ball pit. I called several times in the run-up to today to confirm set-up time and finally received an email confirmation last night, that they would be at my address at 9am this morning. Never showed up. Phone set straight to voicemail and no contact whatsoever. I’ve seen on previous reviews they try to blame the customer for them not being in when they have arrived with the inflatables- I was in my house with guests all day and have full CC Tv recording 24/7. Nobody came. Avoid using this company at all costs. Seems they only show up when they feel like it. So unprofessional and horrible to upset children and spoil their birthdays!
