He 'repaired' two laptops for me - they're now both worse than before. One is unusable & the other behaves very strangely at times, but I wouldn’t waste my time or any more money on letting this guy get his hands on them. After he did the 1st one I didn't realise immediately how badly he’d done it so I asked him to sort out another. He’d had it for about two weeks & I couldn’t get hold of him – he wasn’t answering voicemails & wasn’t at his workshop when I went. When I eventually heard from him he said he’d had phone problems (possible) & when I went to collect my machine he said I’d been coming round causing trouble, which is simply not true i.e. he tried to offset any criticism of him I might make by having a go at me.
