Mark and his team were excellent. we as a family lost our dear dad in in June 12, on the first moment we went into the funeral home we were made to feel comfortable and at ease, we had contacted and spoke with other companies in the area and did not feel special at all. we knew from the start what we had to do and what to pay and later found that M johnson funerals were about £900 cheaper, this helped us as a family in deed. i can only say that if you find yourself in a position of needing a funeral director and i hope you dont, you will not go wrong with this family company, everything from start to finish was dealt with great digntiy and decorum to the highest standards. thank you mark. EXCELLENT SERVICE
Mark was truely fantastic!!! From the minute we walked into the parlour he know who we were just by having a conversation over the phone. My brother died so suddenly from Meningitis at 25 years old last August 2011 and it has been and still is the most painful experience we have ever been through. Mark instantly made us feel comfortable and were happy to use M Johnson to take care of us and my brother. M Johnson did a fantastic job and made the funeral extra special. We are so grateful for the services we recieved and would highly recommend anybody to use M Johnson in that unfortunate case of losing a loved one as i can assure you, you and your loved one will be looked after.
