DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Do not I repeat DO NOT use this company. Most of the care workers they send speak very little or very bad English. when they arrive they are often late and then do as little as possible. They spend most of the time on their mobile phones talking to friends. They treat the person the are meant to be caring for like animals. On one occasion the care worker tried to serve my mother raw beacon, when We complained we were told that she was a vegetarian and did not know... So why the hell is a person who does not know the difference between raw meet and a ham allowed anywhere near food. No training, No qualifications and No Care... Save your money and hire a private care worker directly. When you call to complain they never answer and do not follow up complaints, but are quick to send the bill and call you to complain when you don't send payment. Once again Avoid this company at all costs. To MNA would you treat your own mothers like you treat ours????
