Unhappy Customer

I placed an order with MWG on 3rd September 2013. I was told to transfer £990 to their account to place the order, as their card machine was broke. On the 13th September 2013 I transferred £990 from my account. We rung to confirm payment had been received and were told the doors would be ready week commencing 14th October 2013. We have been ringing to confirm delivery since the 14th October 2013. We rung on numerous occasions but it has been confirmed to us the doors have not even been made. Whenever I ring the phone is put down on me. I have only been able to speak to a receptionist who has been unable to help. Every time she transfers me, whoever picks up the phone puts it straight back down. Their customer service is appalling!!! She has told me they have no details of the order so I have asked them for a full refund but have not received this either. I have contacted trading standards and BBC watchdog about this company.
