About Us

MW Ingredients Limited opened for trading on the 1st of July 1997 at their existing unit on Inchbrook Trading Estate. The majority of our products are dry marinades, seasonings and mixes for use in the meat, butchery, snack and sandwich filling trades.In recent months we have been introducing a number of new liquid products through the Kents kitchen range such as marinades, dipping sauces, gravies, stock pots and meal kits.

Products for Butchery

Glazes, coaters, sausage seasonings and mixes, burger mixes, cures, black and white pudding mixes, herbs and spices.
Snack Industry: Flavoured seasoning. Sandwich Fillers: dry marinades.

This summer we decided to launch the BBQ Shack selling products direct to the end user selling the Kents Kitchen Range and our premium dry marinades packed in small foil sachets. Initially we are selling at markets such as Stroud Shambles Market, fetes and food fairs. The idea is to allow people to create their own Al Fresco type foods for the summer.

Opening Times and Payment Methods

We currently take payment by cheque, cash or bacs. Opening times for MW Ingredients are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The BBQ Shack generally on Saturdays at various locations.
