Unending treatment

I have a rather persistent verruca on my foot so after many treatments at another podiatrist I chose this company to finally eradicate this particular blight on my feet. I received around 6 treatments, each resulting in major discomfort, which I totally accepted to be part of the solution. The verruca was unchecked and indeed started to grow. I was then offered a one-off treatment at circa 6 times the cost of a standard treatment. This is when a little cynicism kicked in - my knowledge of verrucae is small, but I began to wonder if this treatment would simply go on and on, with more money leaving my account on a regular basis with no results. So my advice is this: map out a treatment plan, given that verrucae are notoriously difficult to shift, but get some indication of time to treat and the options available at the start. Otherwise you will end up spending into 3 figures for what should be a relatively simple course of treatment i.e. try something, try something else, try something else and get rid of the verruca. I have no problem with this group, in fact I found them helpful and professional BUT I am left with a slightly raised level of cynicism in that my verruca should be gone, rather than my hard-earned salary
